During the regular City Council meeting on March 20, 2023, the council will go into closed session to review the performance of the city administrator pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05 subd. 3(a). |

The performance review will be attended by the five city councilmembers, the city attorney and the city administrator. The conclusions must be reported at the next open meeting of the City Council. |

A motion should be made to go into closed session to conduct the performance evaluation of City Administrator Lynn Gorski pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05. |
